[AK-MI] Call for submissions - EFMI STC 2017 Israel

Dear Colleagues,

the EFMI Special Topic Conference (STC 2017) will be organized by ILAMI (Israeli Society for Medical Informatics) in memory of Assa Reichert (1943-2015) this year.
The topic of the Conference is: "The practice of patient centred care: Empowering and engaging patients in the digital era"

The Conference will take place in the Hilton Hotel, Tel Aviv, Israel from the 23rd to the 24th of October 2017.
The program is composed of keynotes, invited presentations and submitted contributions. You are kindly invited to submit your contribution for oral or poster presentation at the STC 2017 till the 31st of May 2017.
